Toilet Sprayer Material Selection Guide
When choosing a toilet sprayer, the main material is the most crucial consideration for B-end procurement. The three materials available are brass, stainless steel, and zinc alloy. There are significant differences in cost, durability, and application scenarios. Selecting the right one is essential to match different customer groups.
Brass with a forged structure is the preferred choice for high-end models. It has high density, is resistant to water pressure and corrosion, and is unlikely to crack over time. The threads are stable and not prone to slipping, making it suitable for the European and American markets, upscale projects, and high-quality retail orders. The downside is that the raw material cost is higher, and the product weight is greater.
Stainless steel offers outstanding cost-effectiveness and excellent rust resistance. It is lightweight, has a moderate price, and is suitable for mid-range wholesale, cross-border e-commerce regular models. However, be aware of the material grade. Inferior stainless steel is prone to sand holes, and the processing difficulty is higher than brass. Some styles have limited thread precision.
Zinc alloy has the lowest price. It is easy to shape and can be used for complex appearance designs. It is mainly targeted at low-end engineering and budget-friendly hardware markets. The drawback is that it is not resistant to water pressure differences, and it is prone to corrosion and cracking over time, resulting in a short lifespan. It is not recommended for high-quality or long-term warranty orders.
For B-end procurement, there is no need to blindly pursue the most expensive material. Match it according to the customer's budget, target market standards, and warranty requirements. High-end orders should prioritize brass, mid-range volume orders should choose qualified stainless steel, and only short-term low-price projects should consider zinc alloy.
